I led both in-house and distributed QA teams across two AAA titles and was responsible for creating and driving the QA strategy for both games. This included large-scale UX validation testing, beta testing, and player experience testing.
I owned the test strategy for core Snapchat features such as Camera, Creative Tools, and Memories. I managed functional and regression testing on the app as well as hardware testing on both iOS and Android, and tracked QA's success across several OKRs and KPIs. Successfully automated close to 45% of the regression suite for Creative Tools.
I defined and led the test strategy for Lucidworks' core product and Commerce Studio. I also led a team of six embedded QA engineers and drove improvements such as a ~40% increase in test coverage, a 66% reduction in release testing time, and improved automation pass rates 90+% on average.

This involves a fixed-scope pass over your code, app, or site: functional, exploratory, and regression testing across any flows you or I define. You will get a ranked bug list, reproducible tickets, and a full coverage report. I recommend this as a good first step before a retainer if you'd like to see how I work.

I take this time to read your codebase, understand your releases and bug history, and map flows that carry the most risk. I use this information to deliver a test strategy, which we discuss and edit together. This way you know what needs to be tested and when.
I run the approved strategy against your releases. I also use this time build out templatized test suites in your TCM (e.g. TestRail), perform testing, create smoke, validation, and regression suites, and perform go/no-go calls each time before you ship.
